GATE TIMES

Gates typically open 90 minutes before the ticketed showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. Gate times are subject to change. 

BOX OFFICE

The box office at Live Oak Bank Pavilion will be open Fridays from 10am-4pm only when there is a show going on sale to the general public. If no shows are going on sale on a particular Friday, the box office will remain closed. On show days, the box office will open at 10am. For more information on our box office hours, send us a message on our social pages.

PARKING 

We do not have parking lots at our venue. You may utilize public street parking or the public parking decks surrounding the venue (see parking map). The closest decks are The Metropolitan and the deck at the Skyline Center (formerly Thermo Fisher). We recommend using Uber and getting dropped off/picked up at the corner of Harnett and 3rd St. For guest needing Accessible parking, we recommend the parking decks in P1 or the accessible drop off area on Harnett St. in front of the venue.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive only carrying cash, head to the Guest Services tent and they’ll exchange cash for a card (for free). 

THE MERCH

Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear tent next to the lawn chair rental station and the boardwalk.

RECYCLING 

Help us reach our zero waste goal! You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue, please discard your waste in the appropriate bin - Compost, Recycling, Landfill. Not sure which bin to use? Ask a sustainability staff member, typically stationed by all waste receptacles in the venue. 

LAWN CHAIRS

Outside lawn chairs are permitted, however, they can be no taller than 9" off the ground. Lawn chairs are available for rent at the venue and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click HERE.  Select your show, then choose "Lawn Chair Rental" to purchase the upgrade.
